Wellness resources for health professionals

In recent years, Fellows and Resident Affiliates have shared their perspectives and experiences on issues that are critically important to their careers and patient care. One of the key challenges identified by our members is physician wellness. The Royal College is committed to exploring how it can respond to the needs of our members and offer actionable solutions in this area.
To support Fellows and Resident Affiliates who continue to provide high quality patient care day in and day out, the Royal College has compiled some resources as part of Mental Health Week being held from May 2-8, 2022. The theme for this year’s Mental Health Week campaign centres on the importance of empathy. In keeping with the theme, we share the following resources that highlight the ongoing importance of giving and receiving empathy.
