Upcoming digital transformation focused on improving member experience
Dear colleagues,
As part of our mission to better serve our members and collaborators, we are undergoing a significant enterprise-wide transformation that focuses on providing a modern, secure and adaptive digital experience.
This digital transformation aims to improve the website and provide seamless digital access to Royal College services, including enhanced learning and a more user-friendly maintenance of certification dashboard.
As we focus our effort on this transformation, please note that we will be adjusting the frequency of our corporate publications.
For the remainder of this year,
- Dialogue will be sent every second month with a break in the summer. Issues will be emailed in September and November 2022.
- SMB3 will have one summer (July) and one fall (October) edition.
- CEO Messages will be published as needed for special messages — like this one — to communicate key initiatives or updates.
On behalf of the Royal College leadership, I am excited to deliver this resident- and member-facing service to you. Throughout this transition, we are committed to keeping you informed and ongoing updates will be shared on our website.

As we embark on this exciting journey to deliver enhanced value to our residents and Fellows, we also wanted to make you aware that we are currently recruiting for the following Royal College employment opportunities:
