2020 Exams Update
On October 8, Toronto Public Health informed the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada that one exam candidate who wrote the Internal Medicine certification exam on September 29 and 30, 2020 at a Toronto hotel recently tested positive for COVID-19.
All Royal College exams will have a virtual option in 2021
To ensure the safe delivery of its medical specialist certification examinations in 2021, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada announces that eligible medical residents will have the option to write either in-person or online for the written component.
