The Royal College is pleased to present CBD Innovators, a selection of 24 program directors and CBME leads who are responsible for teams implementing Competence by Design (CBD) across Canada’s medical schools. The CBD Innovators were nominated by their peers for demonstrating innovative ideas in leading their programs.

Each innovator agreed to share their challenges faced and lessons learned in implementation. This is another step in forging a collaborative CBME network within our MedEd community.

Each week we will profile a new CBD Innovator from various disciplines and schools, in the hopes that we continue to learn from each other. The profiles include email addresses and Twitter handles to encourage readers to reach out and connect with any questions or comments.
